Costa Bitezhan Beach Hotel

Loved the cozy pool area, but the food was pretty disappointing.

Lunch and dinner were delicious. Beach was very pleasant. The staff was very nice.

WLAN does not work well

It is a very nice hotel and very well located. The staff is very friendly and the food has been very varied. The rooms were cleaned every day. The air conditioning system is very positive. We liked best of all the staff seer Oetay, because she was very friendly, always helpful and kind. Thanks for everything.

Room decor could be better and a little brighter.

Thank you all for a good stay of one night. Got fairly quiet room with balcony, bedroom, as for instance - always come in handy. The hotel's location was magnificent, so close to also that music is heard on the beach as well as the Costa Bitezhan. Was an amazing base for holiday😀

I enjoyed my stay, especially the short walk to the beach and the nearby lovely restaurants where I could savor delicious meals at local eateries.

The rooms, particularly the Economy Room, were notably dirty upon arrival, with one guest reporting a full ashtray left behind. Guests frequently expressed dissatisfaction with the food variety, describing it as repetitive and lacking in freshness, with reports of limited mealtime hours that were easy to miss.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the amazing outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing garden area where I could unwind. The beach is just a short walk away, perfect for soaking up the sun. Just a heads-up, the room could use a bit more space, but it didn’t ruin my overall good vibe! ☀️

great location but some areas need improvement

The proximity to the beach made it easy for quick trips, great to enjoy warm sunbathing sessions every day. Meals presented an excellent variety, exceeding expectations compared to nearby establishments. The sea view from our suite was fine.

The noise levels from neighboring rooms were noticeable at times.

The staff is super friendly, especially nurullah at reception. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach. The sea is beautiful and close by. I appreciated the option of getting a massage at the hotel after a long day.
